It is an owner benefit that applies $200,000 toward the wake boat of the buyer’s choice.
6. Can I choose my own boat brand?
Yes. The buyer chooses the wake boat brand, model, and build.
7. Is The Reserve officially partnered with a boat manufacturer?
No. The Luxury Wake Boat Credit is an owner benefit toward the boat of the buyer’s choice. The Reserve does not claim an official partnership, dealership, or factory endorsement with any boat manufacturer unless separately announced in writing.
8. Who pays if the boat costs more than $200,000?
The buyer is responsible for any amount above the $200,000 credit.
9. Who handles import, shipping, registration, and insurance?
The buyer is responsible for coordinating import, registration, and logistics unless otherwise stated.
10. Is the water guaranteed to be flat?
The Reserve is designed with planned riding zones to target optimal wake conditions, but natural environmental factors mean conditions are not strictly guaranteed.
11. Is there boat storage?
Boat concierge services, including storage coordination, are planned for Phase 1 owners.
12. Is there fly-in access?
The Reserve features planned airstrip access for private aviation.
